**To honor both your time and mine, all sessions require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. Cancellations with 24+ hours notice may reschedule once (see below for details). Thank you for respecting the energy and preparation that goes into creating these powerful experiences. ** *Booking & Deposit* -A non-refundable deposit of $44 is required to secure all bookings and will be deducted from full price. -The remaining balance is due no later than 72 hours prior to the event. -If paying upfront and in full, deposit is included in full price. *Cancellation & Rescheduling -72+ hours notice: Deposit is retained, but the rest is refunded, or the session can be rescheduled once at no additional charge. -Less than 72 hours notice: Deposit + 50% of the balance is retained, or the session may be rescheduled once at no additional charge. -Less than 24 hours notice or no-show: Full payment is due. *Arrival & Setup -I will need to arrive at least 30 minutes early for setup. -Please make sure the space is quiet, chairs/mats are arranged, and outlets are available if needed. *Travel -Travel within 15 miles of Sparks, Nevada is included in all pricing. For travel beyond this, an additional fee applies: -0 - 15 miles: Included -16 - 25 miles: additional $22 -26 - 50 miles: additional $44 -Over 50 miles: additional $66+
