Service Description
Sound has the power to soothe the mind, ease the body, and awaken joy. These sessions are designed specifically for assisted living communities, offering residents an hour of soft, restorative frequencies that promote relaxation, improved mood, and a sense of calm connection. With nearly a year of experience facilitating in senior care spaces, I hold these sessions with so much compassion and intention, creating an accessible and heart-centered environment.
Cancellation Policy
**To honor both your time and mine, all sessions require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. Cancellations with 24+ hours notice may reschedule once (see below for details). Thank you for respecting the energy and preparation that goes into creating these powerful experiences. ** *Booking & Deposit* -A non-refundable deposit of $44 is required to secure all bookings and will be deducted from full price. -The remaining balance is due no later than 72 hours prior to the event. -If paying upfront and in full, deposit is included in full price. *Cancellation & Rescheduling -72+ hours notice: Deposit is retained, but the rest is refunded, or the session can be rescheduled once at no additional charge. -Less than 72 hours notice: Deposit + 50% of the balance is retained, or the session may be rescheduled once at no additional charge. -Less than 24 hours notice or no-show: Full payment is due. *Arrival & Setup -I will need to arrive at least 30 minutes early for setup. -Please make sure the space is quiet, chairs/mats are arranged, and outlets are available if needed. *Travel -Travel within 15 miles of Sparks, Nevada is included in all pricing. For travel beyond this, an additional fee applies: -0 - 15 miles: Included -16 - 25 miles: additional $22 -26 - 50 miles: additional $44 -Over 50 miles: additional $66+
