This session offers a safe, nurturing space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and receive intuitive, heart-centered guidance. Through mindful conversation, soul inquiry, and deep presence, we explore what is rising for you - emotionally, spiritually, mentally, or energetically - and lovingly support you in aligning with your highest path. Together we'll uncover what's no longer serving you, clarify your intentions, and identify gentle, empowering steps to move forward. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply need spiritual reflection, this session meets you exactly where you are and helps you return to your center. This isn't about "fixing" you - it's about remembering your wholeness and embodying your truth. These sessions are highly intuitive and personalized, guided by your soul and what's most needed in the moment. We may explore themes like inner child healing, emotional release, boundary setting, life transitions, spiritual awakening, or honoring your multidimensional self. Clients often report feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded after just one session - able to meet life with more trust, confidence, and compassion. Whether you book a single session or commit to a full coaching package, these sacred containers are here to support your inner alignment and conscious evolution. What to Bring: Water, journal or notebook, any crystals or sacred items you'd like nearby, and a clear intention of what you'd like to explore or receive support with.
Cancellation Policy
***Booking & Payment*** -Full payment is due either at the time of booking or at the time of the session. -Full Payment at Booking: If the full session price is paid at the time of booking, no deposit is required. -Payment at Session: If paying at the time of the session, a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the session price is required to secure your scheduled time and energetic container. This deposit will be applied to the total session cost. ***Cancellation & Rescheduling*** -24+ hours notice: You may reschedule once at no additional charge. Any deposit paid will be applied to the rescheduled session. -Less than 24 hours notice or no-show: Full payment is due or will not be refunded if already paid in full. Exceptions may be made if there is a genuine emergency, in which case the situation will be reviewed individually, and deposits may be refunded or credited at my discretion. ***Session Notes & Aftercare*** -Sessions may bring emotional, mental, or physical shifts during and after the experience (tears, laughter, triggers, anger, anxiety, yawning, tingling, gas, burping, energy shifts, or even vivid dreams). -Drink plenty of water before and after sessions and be gentle with yourself as your system integrates the work. -Integration of energetic shifts can be immediate and/or take hours, days, weeks, and sometimes months. Be patient with yourself and your process. -Listen to your body's cues: eat when you're hungry, avoid food if you're not, rest when needed, and honor your body's natural rhythms.
