Reiki with Sound Healing is a deeply restorative experience designed to bring harmony to your body, mind, and spirit. In this sacred session, you'll receive intuitive Reiki energy healing to clear stagnant energy, soothe the nervous system, and activate the natural healing intelligence within you. Paired with the healing frequencies of sound - crystal bowls, chimes, and other sacred instruments - this session supports deep energetic alignment and emotional release. The vibrational tones work on a cellular level to help recalibrate your frequency, ease tension, and open the energetic channels in the body. Whether you're looking to reduce stress, heal emotional wounds, reconnect with your inner peace, or simply nourish your energetic body, this offering invites you into a space of softness and renewal. The intuitive nature of the session allows it to be completely guided by your energetic needs, so no two experiences are ever the same. You may leave feeling lighter, clearer, more grounded, and deeply supported - often with insight or clarity that gently rises to the surface during or after the session. This is a beautiful choice for those seeking energetic maintenance, emotional realignment, or integration support after deep healing or soul regression sessions. Cancellation Policy
***Booking & Payment*** -Full payment is due either at the time of booking or at the time of the session. -Full Payment at Booking: If the full session price is paid at the time of booking, no deposit is required. -Payment at Session: If paying at the time of the session, a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the session price is required to secure your scheduled time and energetic container. This deposit will be applied to the total session cost. ***Cancellation & Rescheduling*** -24+ hours notice: You may reschedule once at no additional charge. Any deposit paid will be applied to the rescheduled session. -Less than 24 hours notice or no-show: Full payment is due or will not be refunded if already paid in full. Exceptions may be made if there is a genuine emergency, in which case the situation will be reviewed individually, and deposits may be refunded or credited at my discretion. ***Session Notes & Aftercare*** -Sessions may bring emotional, mental, or physical shifts during and after the experience (tears, laughter, triggers, anger, anxiety, yawning, tingling, gas, burping, energy shifts, or even vivid dreams). -Drink plenty of water before and after sessions and be gentle with yourself as your system integrates the work. -Integration of energetic shifts can be immediate and/or take hours, days, weeks, and sometimes months. Be patient with yourself and your process. -Listen to your body's cues: eat when you're hungry, avoid food if you're not, rest when needed, and honor your body's natural rhythms.
