This free 20–30-minute discovery call is a sacred space for you to explore if working together is the right energetic fit. Whether you're feeling stuck, curious about which of my offerings is best aligned for you or simply want to feel into the energy before committing - this is your invitation to be heard, seen, and supported without pressure or obligation. During this time, you'll have space to briefly share what's on your heart, ask questions about my healing modalities or packages, and receive intuitive guidance to help you gain clarity on your next step. This is not a healing session, but a soul-led conversation to connect, clarify, and co-create a path forward - if it feels aligned for both of us. Come as you are, no expectations - just openness, honesty, and heart.

***Booking & Payment*** -Full payment is due either at the time of booking or at the time of the session. -Full Payment at Booking: If the full session price is paid at the time of booking, no deposit is required. -Payment at Session: If paying at the time of the session, a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the session price is required to secure your scheduled time and energetic container. This deposit will be applied to the total session cost. ***Cancellation & Rescheduling*** -24+ hours notice: You may reschedule once at no additional charge. Any deposit paid will be applied to the rescheduled session. -Less than 24 hours notice or no-show: Full payment is due or will not be refunded if already paid in full. Exceptions may be made if there is a genuine emergency, in which case the situation will be reviewed individually, and deposits may be refunded or credited at my discretion. ***Session Notes & Aftercare*** -Sessions may bring emotional, mental, or physical shifts during and after the experience (tears, laughter, triggers, anger, anxiety, yawning, tingling, gas, burping, energy shifts, or even vivid dreams). -Drink plenty of water before and after sessions and be gentle with yourself as your system integrates the work. -Integration of energetic shifts can be immediate and/or take hours, days, weeks, and sometimes months. Be patient with yourself and your process. -Listen to your body's cues: eat when you're hungry, avoid food if you're not, rest when needed, and honor your body's natural rhythms.
