Our Mindfulness Life Coaching Package (6 sessions) is a powerful and soul-centered journey designed to support you through meaningful transformation - emotionally, mentally, energetically, and spiritually. Over the course of six 90-minute sessions, we'll work collaboratively to identify and shift patterns that no longer serve you, helping you reconnect to your intuition, reclaim your personal power, and align your actions with your most authentic self. This container offers consistent, sacred space to explore what's rising in your life, process emotional blocks, clarify your soul's intentions, and cultivate tools for grounded, mindful living. Our time together might weave breathwork, visualization, intuitive guidance, inner child healing, or shadow integration - always guided by your needs, your rhythm, and your truth. Unlike single sessions, this package creates the momentum needed for sustained change and deeper healing. You'll be supported in creating new pathways - whether you're navigating a life transition, redefining your purpose, healing from past wounds, or expanding into a new version of yourself. This is a safe and empowering space to be seen and supported, without pressure or judgment. You don't have to "fix" anything - you're already whole. This work simply clears the fog, releases what's heavy, and reconnects you with the truth you've always carried. By the end of our six sessions, you may feel lighter, more focused, deeply empowered and confident, and lovingly rooted in who you are and where you're going. What to Bring: An open heart, water, journal for reflections, and any intentions you'd like to explore or anchor. This is your time - come as you are.

***Booking & Payment*** -Full payment is due either at the time of booking or at the time of the first session. -To book your journey, a $111 Divine Alignment non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your package and begin the energetic preparation process. This amount will be applied toward your total, and the remainder is due before or at the time of your first session. -Full Payment at Booking: If the full package price is paid at the time of booking, deposit will be included in total price. **Payment plans may be implemented in certain cases - discount if paid in full ***Cancellation & Rescheduling*** -Once the first session of your package is completed, all sales are final and non-refundable. -If you choose to cancel your package prior to the first session, a partial refund may be issued, minus a non-refundable deposit of $111 to cover energetic and administrative time. -24+ hours notice: Each session may be rescheduled once at no additional cost. -Less than 24 hours notice or no-show: ~Paid-in-full packages: The specific session is forfeited; remaining sessions continue as scheduled. ~Pay-per-session packages: The missed session is forfeited; remaining sessions continue as scheduled at the agreed-upon rate. -Exceptions may be made if there is a genuine emergency, in which case the situation will be reviewed individually, and payments may be refunded or credited at my discretion. ***Session Notes & Aftercare*** -Sessions may bring emotional, mental, or physical shifts during and after the experience (tears, laughter, triggers, anger, anxiety, yawning, tingling, gas, burping, energy shifts, or even vivid dreams). -Drink plenty of water before and after sessions and be gentle with yourself as your system integrates the work. -Integration of energetic shifts can be immediate and/or take hours, days, weeks, and sometimes months. Be patient with yourself and your process. -Listen to your body's cues: eat when you're hungry, avoid food if you're not, rest when needed, and honor your body's natural rhythms.
